Forsit, a leading global eCommerce service provider, is seeking a results-driven Community / Performance Marketing Manager to oversee promotions associated with Forsit's online shopping malls such as Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule promotions and events to drive sales and increase eCommerce traffic from a variety of channels
- Build and manage our loyal community to drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives, create and oversee campaign timelines, create and manage budgets, and meet KPIs
- Use data-driven insights and strong analytical skills to identify trends and insights in order to optimize spend and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of campaigns and initiatives
- Leverage email marketing strategies to engage with our customers and drive sales
Requirements:
- 2+ years of digital marketing or eCommerce experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive results
- Understanding of marketing channels, email marketing and community engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
